SECTION 1 (Borders: California, Milwaukee, Armitage)
1)
The
infamous Spanish Lord property on the 2700 block of W. Francis Pl.
continues to have problems. It is believed that one of the individuals is still residing at the property, however, for the last 2 months he has been telling the police that he plans to move. 3) There were 4 arrests made on Francis Place: 1 DUI, 2 public indecencies involving Spanish Lord gang members, and a parolee arrested for loitering with gang members.
4) There has been excessive drinking and littering across 2110 and 2113 Bingham properties, and residents reported concern of returning Cobra gang members (who may or may not be connected to the properties).
5) Point and Francis Pl continue to have problems with graffiti.
6) Residents reported that there has been an increase in the amount of people periodically seen loitering outside the property at 2136 N. Point. This property has had a history with Vice Lord gang activity.
action: Residents are urged to continue calling 911 to report the ongoing gang and criminal activity.
